It’s a warm welcome to this brief update on matters relating to London Learning Consortium and DV8.
As you will recall, LLC acquired DV8 in August 2020 and since then DV8 has been operating successfully under the ownership of LLC. Earlier this year we decided to bring both entities formally together under one body. This includes one single Board and one operational team that spans our operations in London and along the coast.
We are excited about the new structure and approach to our work and hope that we can count on your support as we undertake a period of transition.
For the foreseeable future the DV8 Brand will continue as will the LLC Brand as we recognise that learners, stakeholders and parents are familiar with both. However, all business activities are now operated directly by London Learning Consortium (LLC).
