There are no specific sector-recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they've already achieved a Level 1 qualification.

Learners should be working at Level 1 for English and Entry 3 for Maths.

This qualification is suitable for those who work, or who are looking to work in the housing sector. It provides Learners with an opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge in a wide range of housing roles.

This qualification is a competency and knowledge-based qualification which is assessed by completing coursework, and e-assessment producing a portfolio of evidence and assignments.

Learners who achieve this qualification could progress into further learning and qualifications such as a Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice. Some learners may find employment in the Housing sector.
