LLC has access to government-funded programmes but also offers bespoke commercial programmes for your workforce.
We offer short courses, workshops, online learning and full-length courses and programmes e.g. Diplomas and Apprenticeships in a wide range of employment sectors.

We are able to support all learners through their programmes using webinars, online materials and regular meetings with their coach/tutor/assessor via digital means. All Employers are kept up to date and involved in supporting the learner's progress and will be given valuable tools and resources online with Assessor 121 support.
It is an important time to support your staff to complete their qualification to enable them to progress at work and cope with the times ahead. LLC will assign your member of staff an Assessor who will support them and work with them through the online tools and resources of their qualification. They will also provide feedback to you regarding their progress and keep you fully up to date.
Some qualifications may require exams or observations in the workplace and LLC provides alternative ways to complete these to ensure they meet employer needs. In some areas where exams cannot be taken in the workplace, we would complete all other requirements of the qualification preparing your member of staff for the relevant exams to be taken as soon as we are able to meet with them in person. LLC provide great flexibility in how we deliver our programmes to give individual support from our team and online resources to help your staff and you achieve your goals.
