LLC Career Centre – Digital Employability Platform provides everyone with access to a fantastic range of continuously updated eLearning courses and videos, articles, mini-tests, hot-tip and micro-learning modules.

Whatever your preferred learning style, LLC Career Centre offers learning materials to suit all preferences.

Our Digital Employability Platform will help you:

  • Access job opportunities from the majority of UK job boards.
  • Utilise our full assessment suite to support your Career Pathway.
  • Create your CV on our powerful CV builder which matches your skills to local available opportunities.
  • Track your Career Pathway Activity and manage your tasks effectively to stay on top of your Career Pathway Journey.
  • Access award-winning eLearning – to further support and challenge your job search journey.

During the Career Pathway Programme, you will be allocated a Career Pathway Coach who will support and guide you for the duration of your Career Pathway Programme. Your Career Pathway Coach will meet with you and start to plan your Next Steps on your programme, aligned to your Bespoke Training Plan.

Throughout your Career Pathway Programme, your Career Pathway Coach will be supporting you to prepare for your progression to employment or further learning. In addition, our Career Pathway Coaches will support you to engage fully with our Digital Employability Platform ‘LLC Career Centre’.

The LLC Health and Social Care Pathway Programme

London Learning Consortium (LLC) is working in partnership with Southwest London (SWL) NHS as part of our Mayors ESF Academies Programme for the Health and Social Care Sector, which is available to customers who are aged 16+,  unemployed or economically inactive, and live in the following South London boroughs:

  • Croydon
  • Kingston
  • Merton
  • Richmond
  • Sutton
  • Wandsworth

Participants that enrol under this programme are funded through the GLA and European Union through a European Social Fund grant.
