We are happy to announce that, after a rigorous process of assessment reviewed by Investors in People (IIP), London Learning Consortium (LLC) achieved the silver accreditation.
Achieving the IIP silver accreditation recognises a highly empowered workforce, supportive management and an embedded commitment to developing individuals.
Silver is a fantastic achievement and only 20% of the organisations they assess achieve.
It means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means people and leaders are making active efforts to make sure that there’s real consistency and everyone in the organisation are feeling the effects!
