Our Teachers Training Programme looks to support candidates who are keen to work in education but require a formal qualification and work experience to do so.

At LLC TRAIN, we understand the importance of supporting suitable candidates with their vocational and on-the-job training and also recognise that there is a shortage of qualified teachers in several subject areas and this shortage continues to grow.

Our level 3 Teaching Assistant Award or our Award in Education could be the first step on the ladder towards the achievement of the full teaching qualification. This stepping stone in your chosen subject along with a passion to get into education can enable you to begin your journey to becoming a qualified teacher today.
