LLC Step to Employment Traineeship Vacancies

Have you heard the phrase Traineeship before but not known exactly what it means?

Put simply, a Traineeship is an educational programme that helps support young people into employment through training and an exciting work placement with an employer that wants to help develop and nurture new talent.

Here at London Learning Consortium, we offer an engaging 8-10 week Traineeship Programme called Step to Employment. The programme is for 16-24 year olds (up to the age of 25 with an EHCP) that are on the verge of entering the world of work but may need that extra bit of support to help them secure a job.

Who are the employers offering work placements?

We’re working with a range of fantastic employers on our Traineeship programme that are offering 70-hour work experience placements across two weeks in areas such as digital marketing, business administration, all the way through to construction, and health and social care.

We have employers waiting to meet positive, work-hungry young people ready to join them on a Traineeship placement. We will work with you to explore your career interests and help match you with an employer that can offer you a valuable and exciting experience.

Plus, some of our Traineeship employers are also looking to hire permanent employees, so if you really impress with your placement, there may be a job opportunity for you!

Our Step to Employment Traineeship Programme is ideal for any young person in or around London and the South East, that are ready and committed to take their next steps into work, build on their confidence, and develop new practical and creative skills.

Sign up today and get ready to take your first steps into employment!

If you have any questions and would like an informal discussion about the programme, please call us on 020 8774 4040.
