Routes to Learn
The aim of this programme is to help you to focus on your Personal Development, Wellbeing, Future Goals and your Next Step.
It will help to improve your confidence and motivation and provide you with individual support to access Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) on career choices, training, education, and job preparation.
The programme will be run as short workshops and will cover topics such as mental health and wellbeing awareness, motivation, confidence building, basic digital skills, study skills, employability skills. Workshops will be delivered in small groups or on a 1-1 basis and will take place at a local venue.

This course fully-funded for adults (19+), unemployed and on benefits. The course is for people with spare time on their hands, wish to do something productive, and interested in Personal Development, Wellbeing, Future Goals and Next Steps.
