Process for reporting student absences
Obviously we hope for and expect full student attendance. If a student is legitimately unable to come in to college, please can you ensure that they or you calls us on 020 8774 4040, then press 1 to report an absence. This should be done between 9am and 9.30am in each day of absence.
To record an absence, we need to know the following:
- Student’s full name
- The lesson that they are missing
- Reason for absence
- Expected return date
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any other notifications of absences (emails, etc).
