Automated Collection of Personal Information

The London Learning Consortium's webserver does not automatically capture or store personal information, other than logging a user's IP address and session information such as the duration of the visit, type of browser and pages visited. This information may be processed to enable anonymous analysis of the usage of the site to aid site development. In the event of a breach of security it may also be used to aid detection.

The LLC website uses cookies to identify registered users logged into the Members and Providers sections. These cookies will expire when your browser is closed, unless you have requested to be logged in automatically in future.

Personal Information Knowingly Volunteered

If you use any of the online enquiry forms to request further information from LLC, information entered will be emailed to the London Learning Consortium and recorded in its database. Your contact details will be used to respond to your enquiry and the nature of the enquiry included anonymously in statistical reports to funders and other stakeholders. All personal information supplied will be held securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and we will seek your express permission before using it for any other purpose.
