L4 Certificate in Housing

Level four qualifications are for those in or aspiring to a supervisory or management role in housing. The course is designed to explore in greater depth the contextual and specialised knowledge for the housing professional. On completion of a qualification at this level you can become a certified practitioner member of CIH.

Entry Requirements

You must live in the UK to apply for this course. GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or current equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years housing experience or completed CIH Level 3 course.

Who is this course for?

The course is for someone who has 2 -3 years’ experience. You can be someone who has just become a team manager, or a senior manager that wants to get a housing qualification or someone who has working in housing for a while and is interested in becoming a manager.

After completing this course, you can progress into higher roles such as:
• Senior Housing Officer
• Housing Options Team Leader
• Housing Options manager
• Senior Development Officer
• Senior Delivery Manager
