Early Years Educators, and other job roles such as nursery nurse and childminders, are a vital backbone of children’s welfare, safety and development. Working within a range of settings including full day care, children’s centres, pre-schools, reception classes and as childminders, this qualification allows you to build upon your existing knowledge.

You will be responsible for the children from birth to 5, ensuring that you give them the best possible start in life and knowing you made a difference. This is a great opportunity for you to demonstrate your passion against the new standards and will teach you how to develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours.

Entry Requirements

You must live in the UK to apply for this course. A-C (4-7) GCSE or Maths and English Level 2 Functional Skills. You also can complete an assessment with us so we can review if you are working at the right level but don’t yet possess the qualification.

This qualification is for anyone working within the childcare sector who are keen to really understand what they can do to ensure that the children in their care are best supported, developed and kept safe. This will include the brand new endpoint assessment which we will support you with your knowledge, skills and behaviours to go onto to become the great practitioner we know you are!
