This course walks you through the role of a customer service practitioner and provides training to deliver high-quality products and services to the customers of all sectors.

You will learn about how to provide a high-quality service to customers ranging from face to face, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality.

These may include orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, aftercare, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction.

The training will cover how this has an impact on your business and how to make sure the customer has been provided with the best possible service.


The qualification is delivered at the workplace at a time convenient for the employer and learner.

Entry Requirements

No entry requirements but must have a group of at least 10 members of staff.
