LLC Work Zone

LLC work closely with a number of employers to offer supported pathways into real employment opportunities.

Our Work Zone programmes specialise in providing training for those seeking employment and tailored to the specific needs of each employer, to match up employer needs with candidates’ skills and ensure successful outcomes for all.

The vocational sectors in which we work, provide high quality training and work experience opportunities for employment in several sectors, based on a coaching and mentoring employability programme, to enable candidates to present at their best to their chosen employer.

LLC Work Zone programmes are delivered from our main Training Centre in Central Croydon, as well as Community based venues across London and the South East. The work experience element is delivered at the employer’s premises giving sector specific experience, in a real working environment.

LLC ensures that all its programmes are designed around our employers/candidates needs and that we provide a high quality and effective learning experience. Our programmes involve detailed training needs analysis sessions for individuals as well as an organisational training needs analysis to help employers plan their workforce recruitment needs. We also provide advice and guidance on other learning opportunities as part of the process. Our delivery methods are customised to ensure our programme delivery is effective and appropriate this includes a mixed menu of class-based training, assessment, mentoring and coaching options, and also via our on-line or virtual learning systems, as well as ongoing mentoring and support for all our customers from our fully qualified and friendly training and assessment team.
