Mental Wellbeing 2-Day Course

This is a 2-day taster course, which aims to support participants on a journey to positive mental wellbeing and equips them with the skills, knowledge and tools to make and sustain positive changes.

The second day allows you to explore the concepts learned on the first day in more detail such as mindfulness, identifying what needs to change, managing moods and emotions and making plans for a better future.

Entry Requirements

Good standard of English.


There is no formal qualification for this course, but you will get an in-house certificate.

People who may be experiencing low moods from time to time and want to have more understanding and take control of their mental wellbeing.
