The purpose of this qualification is to allow learners to demonstrate an understanding of and competency in digital literacy skills. It will help learners progress to a work role where digital literacy skills are required or learners want to be able to support others or even just feel more confident with their ability to use digital-related technology. Some great tips and tools to enhance your experience.
Classroom Online. We have adapted our classroom courses to online learning to support you through these difficult times. You can still expect the same high standards of support from our tutors who will continue to deliver classroom-based courses in the format of Zoom seminars and Teams online classes. You can also expect regular one to one support via e-mail and phone calls.
You will need internet access and a working tablet, laptop or PC.
Level 1 in Digital Skills, ICT Level 1 Functional Skills or GCSE equivalent.
NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Digital Skills for Work.
Who is this course for?
This is ideal for someone who has prior knowledge of digital skills at a beginner level but wants to further improve their ability in a constructive and supportive manner. Aimed at all who use online tools to work together, family events such as quiz night or even help move you forward with your career.

- Making sure that you keep yourself and your personal information safe at all times alongside handy tips for keeping your loved ones safe also.

- Great qualification to help you to move into or forward in your digital career development, or even just to understand what the industry options there are after successfully completing this course.

22 days of tuition for day classes or 37 days of tuition for evening classes. End date depends on the model you chose
