Customer Services Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2

This is an Apprenticeship standard that will involve the following:
Skills, knowledge and behaviours within a customer service environment.
End point assessment.
20% off the job training.

Learners must demonstrate that they have the skills in English and maths up to level 1 by the end of the programme.

Assessment will include showcase/portfolio, practical observation and professional discussion.


Delivery will be in the workplace with a Training and Development Consultant visiting you every 2-4 weeks and your employer supporting and providing off-the-job training. You will be researching projects and completing assignments along with observations from your Training and Development Consultant and discussions with them about your working role.


Customer Services Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2

Who is this course for?

Entry level 3 English and maths are required as a minimum in order to gain the full apprenticeship, as this programme requires candidates to achieve at least level 1 in both English and maths by the end of the programme. If you are in a customer service role, dealing with external customer or internal customers this Apprenticeship will help you develop your work skills to influence and improve the customer experience.

Roles may include customer service interactions, face to face, telephone, post, email, text and social media.
