Course Overview
The Level 3 Creative Digital Media Course will equip you with a deep understanding of core creative digital media skills. You will learn about interactive digital media production, marketing and promoting digital media products, utilizing social media platforms, and game production.

BY THE END OF THIS COURSE, YOU WILL:
- Develop your proficiency in essential creative digital media software, such as Unity.
- Engage in projects involving game production, design, animation, scriptwriting, digital marketing, and interactive design.
- Build a professional portfolio and learn how to market yourself online effectively.
- Explore various careers in the media industry.
OUR PRIMARY GOAL FOR STUDENTS IN THE LEVEL 3 STUDIES ARE:
- To develop meaningful vocational skills aligned with early-stage career goals.
- To complete a Subsidiary Diploma in the first year, with an option to progress to a full Extended Diploma in the second year.
- To secure between 48 and 144 UCAS tariff points, facilitating progression to higher education.
AT LEVEL 3 YOU WILL:
- Achieve a Technical Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Media Production (Year 1).
- Achieve a Technical Level 3 Extended Diploma in Media Production (Year 2).
- Create a professional portfolio showcasing your media work.
- Complete a relevant work experience placement.
- Showcase your work on various platforms within the media industry.
- Progress to university-level courses or pursue a career in the media industry, including opportunities such as Digital Marketing Apprenticeships and Content Creation.

Entry Requirements
- A previous Level 2 qualification and/or GCSE Grades 4-9 (inc. English & maths) - subject to interview. Students without minimum Grade 4 English & Maths will be required to sit these as part of the programme of study
- An interest in Creative Digital Media
- Aged 16-24 (or up to 25 with an EHCP)
