Community Health and Wellbeing Champions

Community Health and Wellbeing Champions

Become a community champion with London Learning Foundation!

This project will build upon individuals’ existing strengths, enhancing their skills and knowledge with a view to share within the community. After learning these new skills, the group will progress to deliver Walking to Wellness: A walking group primarily targeted at those who may be sedentary or usually inactive, helping people socialize and get some much-needed exercise. To deliver this walking group we will most likely be pairing up with an already existing Croydon-based charity for a more enjoyable community filled experience.
