Job Description:
Main Duties:
• Having one to one advice & guidance sessions
• Supplying career advice
• Helping people into work and education.
• Administration
• Data input
• Action planning with clients
• Client follow-ups
• Employer and course leaser
• Answering the telephone and, dealing with enquiries.
• Assisting in the preparation of documents, photocopying and document binding and ad hoc tasks upon request
• Filing
• Assistance with various year-end tasks such as collating statistics of centre users retention, exam results and any other statistics that is required by centre manager
• Requirements CRB checked With A NVQ Level 3 in Advice & Guidance
