Job Vacancy: Training Manager
To help support our work across London we are now looking to recruit a Training Manager.
The London Learning Consortium (LLC) is a growing and developing learning, employment and skills organisation in London.
LLC delivers a wide range of vocational and educational programmes in community venues and with local employers. These include Next Step (Information, Advice & Guidance) Apprenticeships, work based learning, classroom based programmes. We deliver our programmes via our own delivery team and a network of consortium members.
The role involves the day to day coordination and management of the delivery of LLC training programmes across community and employer venues.
The successful applicant will also work with the Head of Education and Quality and other LLC staff to improve and develop our learning services and their impact and quality across a range of vocational and education programmes.
A knowledge of Skills Funding Agency programmes is essential as is experience of subcontracting and performance monitoring.
Salary scale: £34,555--£36,304 inclusive of Outer London Weighting
