 At LLC we offer a range of support services to individuals and organisations including:

  • Contract management  - the Consortium team offers a full contract management service for funders and providers. This includes contract and performance auditing, information and data management, quality assurance, teaching and learning observations.

 

  • Research & representation - the Consortium team undertakes research and report work on behalf of funders, members and external customers. The Consortium staff represents its members and Third Sector learning providers on a range of local, regional and national forums, task groups and networks.

 

  • Capacity building - the Consortium supports the capacity of the Third Sector to deliver learning and skills across London. This is achieved by bespoke packages of support, training and interventions offered to organisations delivering learning and skills e.g. business planning, strategic planning, workforce development, tender and funding applications. The Consortium also offers training days, workshops and events tailored to meet the needs of both the learning and skills and third sectors.

  

  •  Quality improvement - the Consortium supports the improvement of quality and effectiveness of learning and skills delivery within the Third Sector. This is achieved by bespoke packages of support, training and interventions offered to organisations delivering learning and skills e.g. PQASSO, I.I.P, self assessment and quality planning.

  • Information, advice & guidance - through our IAG for learners and IAG for members’ programmes we also provide Information, Advice and Guidance. 

 

  • Bespoke services - for organisations that are looking for specialised consultancy and capacity building to deliver learning and skills provision.
