Employer Engagement Coordinator
Salary: £31,000 plus £4K PRP per annum

London Learning Consortium (LLC) provides high quality accredited Further Education classroom, workplace, traineeship and apprenticeship training to local communities and businesses across London and the South East.
We are recruiting a key new role reporting directly to the Business Development Director with responsibility for the engagement of employers to support Apprenticeships, commercial recruitment and other learning and skills service leads and opportunities for new learners, in line with LLCs business planning, contractual and budget targets.
Responsibilities include: -
- To engage with employers through telemarketing and business to business networks, on a regional scale securing the sale of LLC services to employers across a variety of vocational sectors and funding streams.
- Identify and attract employers and learners to our wide range of Apprenticeship and Traineeship programmes, Classroom delivery, Learner Loans and Work Based Learning.
- To build, maintain and manage effective relationships with all stakeholders (actual and potential)
- Lead on LLCs employer engagement and employer services.
Applicant Suitability: -
Applicants should have recent relevant Sales, Telemarketing and Employer Engagement experience, including knowledge of the ESFA funding rules and eligibility as well as comprehensive knowledge, skills and previous experience of working to specific target deadlines in a standalone role.
