We are a Community Interest Company that works for the benefit of communities and business across London.
We provide a range of services to our Members and Funders within the learning and skills sector across London. Our Membership is drawn from Voluntary and Community Sector learning providers and other learning and skills delivery partnerships.
Our Members represent the most disadvantaged groups in the region and deliver services in a holistic manner providing a bespoke package of learning, skills and support within a transitional framework.
Our VISION is to support and promote the economic, social and educational prosperity of London through learning in the community.
Our MISSION is to develop a representative strategic learning consortium that is rooted in London's communities and which provides quality learning opportunities through Voluntary and Community provider partnership.
Our STRATEGIC AIMS are:

To develop a provider consortium for Voluntary and Community learners in London that is both appropriate and responsive
- To develop a sustainable infrastructure for accessing funding for voluntary and community providers and their constituencies across London
- To generate a strong strategic voice for community learners, partners and providers alike
- To support capacity building within voluntary and community organisations to enable them to meet the requirements and responsibilities of being a trainer provider and assist them to develop the management and quality systems required to deliver training
- To work for the ultimate benefit of learners rather than any one agency
- To develop an accountable and representative provider base
- Research provision within the London voluntary and community sector to identify and evidence synergies with local, regional and national strategies
Our BUSINESS AIMS are:
- To manage accredited learning and employment programme opportunities to employed and unemployed learners
- To support and develop our learning providers to meet the needs of their learners and workforce and to support the local economy
- To raise and promote standards, quality and performance
- To work colloboratively to support the transition of hard to reach learners into mainstream provision (achievement and retention)
- To enable a higher percentage of funding to go directly to the benefit of the learner
- Act as a collaborative intermediary which values and develops effective and equal partnerships with others
- To promote the effectiveness of learning to reflect diverse communities
