We are a Community Interest Company that works for the benefit of communities and business across London. We provide a range of services to our Members and Funders within the learning and skills sector across London. Our Membership is drawn from Voluntary and Community Sector learning providers and other learning and skills delivery partnerships.Our Members represent the most disadvantaged groups in the region and deliver services in a holistic manner providing a bespoke package of learning, skills and support within a transitional framework.

Our VISION is to support and promote the economic, social and educational prosperity of London through learning in the community.

Our MISSION is to develop a representative strategic learning consortium that is rooted in London's communities and which provides quality learning opportunities through Voluntary and Community provider partnership.

LLC Business Objectives in 2012/13:

1.       LLC is a customer facing business and will continue to strengthen the quality and impact of its service delivery to both employers and learners.

2.       LLC will continue to deliver for other organisations such as FE Colleges, Rathbone and develop other Partnerships of Purpose.

3.       LLC will develop its Employment Services both as an agency and also as a provider of employment service programmes.

4.       LLC will develop full cost qualifications to enable learners and employers access to part subsidised or non subsidised qualifications.

5.       LLC will ensure financial stability and strong organisational infrastructure via growth, efficiency and external investment.

6.       LLC will continue to maintain and develop its strategic position at National, Regional and Local levels.

Our business offer is within four key areas:

Training: For employers and their employees, we offer a range of accredited and non-accredited learning programmes and support activities. LLC also offer accredited and non-accredited learning programmes and support activities for young people and adults who are seeking to develop their skills or employability.
Recruitment, employment & support services: For our members and London employers as well as their employees and services users.
Management services: For our members, funders and stakeholders, we offer an end-to-end management service for contracts and services.
Investment return: As a community interest company, LLC is keen to continue its investment in new ventures and build upon its exisiting portfolio.
